2. Applications will be accepted for home fixtures only as away tickets are generally made available to season ticket holders. In the event that we do become eligible for away tickets, we will communicate the arrangements to our members at that time.
3. For fixtures other than those in the Premier League (cup competitions, including Champions League) closing dates will be announced ASAP after the fixture date has been confirmed.
4. Applications for match tickets for fixtures that the branch will be travelling to on official trips will be subject to availability. Priority will be given to members that are travelling on the official trip
5. Members may apply for a maximum of 2 tickets per application. If the 2nd ticket is for a non-member, these will only be considered once all members applications have been processed.
6. Payment must be made at the time of application (unless there are sufficient funds already lodged with the treasurer). 10. If successful, the branch will receive match tickets around 10-14 days prior to the game and they will be allocated in accordance with any crtieria published by the ticket office for that fixture. In the event that no specific criteria is published, match tickets will be allocated on a priority basis to members that have attended most fixtures that season in that competition.
11. Match tickets for priority fixtures (Manchester United, Everton and cup competitions) are usually subject to specific selling arrangements whereby attendance at previous game(s) will be required. The previous game(s) will be specified within the selling arrangements for that fixture.
12. Match tickets are strictly non-transferrable and refunds can only be considered if they are returned to the secretary at least 1 WEEK prior to the date of the fixture
13. Match tickets received for fixtures that are subsequently postponed are valid for the re-arranged date.
14. Where demand exceeds supply, tickets will be allocating according to a loyalty system, whereby each applicant will be ranked according to the number of ranking points held. Ranking points will be awarded for meetings attended, matches attended and the length of time that the applicant has been a member of the branch. (See club rules for full details).
